Referrals

• We welcome referrals from GPs, other specialists, nurse practitioners and self-referring patients

​

• Emailed, faxed or uploaded referrals in how it works section are preferred.

​

After care

 

• The service we provide is mainly just for your surgery.

​​

• If referred from your GP, your correspondence will be forwarded to them at the time of surgery and you will most likely return to them for follow-up.

​​

• If self-referred, your GP will receive your correspondence and you have a choice of returning to them or us for a follow-up appointment.
